more convient :) I suppose you could do some sort of dynamic dns thing with DHCP ..or use DHCP but assign static addresses(what I do on my home network, so I don't have to input the info when I install a box). If you never need to connect INTO a machine I guess it wouldn't be as important, but it may be useful for network monitoring tools.
