Probably you've sent your message to the wrong list. This list is dedicated to the Debian/Linux (see the http://www.debian.org to know what it is). However I can answer your question. In Linux I use the Aladdin Ghostscript to convert my PostScript files into pdf's (exactly the ps2pdf tool). As far as I know there is Aladdin Ghostscript available for M$ Win too.
