Since some of the mirrors are down, or still don't have Woody mirrored, try this: http://debian.oregonstate.edu/debian-cdimage/3.0_r1/alpha/ (This, of course, presumes you have a CD-RW drive.) If you have high-speed internet, you'll only *really* need disk 1.
