Bootdisking

Ok... recently i felt the need to make my own boot disk. I've gotten past a huge number of problems myself, but now i'm stuck. When I boot, i get: Loading....................... Uncompressing Linux...........   Invalid Compression Type (err=2)   System halted.   I used "make zdisk" to put the kernel on the disk, other than that i've followed the bootdisk-howto to the letter. did i miss something? --jes
