Gack! I didn't even know we'd done r1 yet! Where are these things announced? I've been sitting on an update of XFree86 for slink (3.3.2.3a-12) because I hadn't heard that a revision release was upcoming and I wanted to accrue as many bugfixes as possible for it. None of them are security fixes (fortunately), but some of the rate rather highly on the annoyance and user-visiblity scales, and could be troublesome for newbies. Now I hear I've missed two deadlines already. Can someone make announcements about this to -announce or -devel-announce? Or -private? I subscribe to lots of Debian lists and this is the first I've heard of it. I only skim -user so it's pure luck that I saw *this* message. -- G.
