I've installed xwpe, more exactly:

In both characterm terminal (tried with diferent terminals) based or
X-Window based execution modes (xwpe/wpe) TAB seems not to work in order to
switch between different fields of a Window (eg: File Selector), it seems it
doesn't send to correct control scape sequence: "^I"
it's not reported in the Bug Tracking Archive...
Any ideas about this?
