Both libc5 and libc6 have a libXt.so.6.

/usr/X11R6/lib/libXt.so.6 is libc6.  The libc5 version is in
/usr/lib/libc5-compat/libXt.so.6.  If you don't have this, install
xlib6 (and possibly libc5 and xpm4.7).

If you are running a Debian version <2.0, the above doesn't apply.
