Thanks, I still can't get Mozilla to do anything. Once my ppp is up I cant use ftp but that is it. ifconfig reports that I am connected to my isp and returns the address, but still every address that I type with a www. form automatically comes back nameserver has no DNS, but typing in 128.54.16.2 give me either connection refused or busy try again (this is not specific to the address any address does this.) I tried lynx - nothing it started up search for the default url and died...no messages!! still lost....looking for the hammer!!!
