It works fine. I use the lilo bootloader to launch linux and NT. My
/etc/lilo.conf looks like this:
boot=/dev/sda
map=/boot/map
install=/boot/boot.b
prompt
timeout=50
vga=ask
image=/vmlinuz
label=debian
root=/dev/sdb1
read-only
other=/dev/sda1
label=winnt
table=/dev/sda
