Edit /etc/surfraw.conf changing the value of SURFRAW_text_browsre to
mysurfraw.
Create a file 'mysurfraw' on your path with the following content:
#!/bin/sh
export PATH=/usr/bin:/bin
lynx -dump $@
...and make it executable.
Should work, does for me.
Frankly, I'd far prefer using w3m as my surfraw browser, as it's then
possible to follow links, etc.
