Hi, I am trying to install Debian from floppies. I have downloaded the latest images and they seem to boot fine except my SCSI hard drive is not detected. I have a Adaptec AHA-2940-U2W SCSI controller which is doesn't seem to find. I have tried booting with: linux aic7xxx=no_reset, but I get the following message when booting: scsi: 0 hosts
What could I be doing wrong? Is there a newer drive I need to have? Thanks, Jake Griesbach University of Colorado
