Before I installed magicfilter (heavily recommended!), I used the next script (named /usr/local/bin/gs600file and used as "gs600file file [additional option]") to print .dvi files: #!/bin/sh dvips $1 gs -dNOPAUSE -sDEVICE=cdj550 $2 -r600 -sOutputFile=$1.dj $1.ps -c quit rm $1.ps lpr $1.dj rm $1.dj lpq I know it is not a state-of-the-art program, but it works fine for me with my HP Deskjet 670c. Use your device (epson) and resolution (360x180) with the -d, -sOutputFile and -c quit (this last must be the last) options. > p.s. This is the second post of this message.
