Reply-To: Hi I am trying to install kde on debian 2.0. When configuring kdelibs it returns an error "Tou need jpeglib6a. Please install the kdesupport package"
kdesupport is just a collection of standard libraries not anything specific to kde so I would rather use .debs to install these. I have installed libjpeg-progs_6a-11.deb libjpegg6a_6a-11.deb libjpegg-dev_6a-11.deb I presume these are the libraries its looking for but it still doesn't pick them up. Any ideas ?
