Hi! I've just installed hamm. And recently descovered a little problem with ttys and remote unix.
Default terminal setting is xterm-debian which is non present on our Sun Ultra server at university. When I telnet on it, I set TERM to xterm and try to stty erase . But nothing changes. I continue having problems with backspaces and probably (not yet tested) others control keys and combinations! Before hamm, I ran Slackware 3.4 with no problem on char mapping over telnet. Do you have ideas? Many thanks...... -- Saluti, Andrea [EMAIL PROTECTED] ````````````````````````````````````````````````` ''' ''' ''' ''' ''' ''' ''' ''' ''' ''' ''' ''' ''' '''' ''' ''' ''' '''' ''''''''' ''' ''' '''' ''' ''' ''''' ''''''''' ''' ''' ''' '''''''' ''' ''' There's no Linux 95 or 98 because Linux is forever!!
