Hi! I have been using a debian system for a couple of months now, and I am extremely happy with it. However, since this isn't my computer, I have been told that I'll have to leave this computer, and take a newer one. I was wondering if there is a way to actually send all the files I've got here (I've installed loads of packages, compiled loads of sources) to the new computer (I could install debian on that one without much hassle) over the ethernet connection we've got. At the moment, the only alternative is to copy everything to floppies or zip drives :DDD. There MUST be a better option :)))
Cheers, Jose
