Damir, Did you make your Linux partition bootable?
I recently installed Linux on drive D: of a two-disk NT box. At first, I used a custom boot disk when I wanted to run Linux. Over the past weekend, though, I figured out how to add Linux to the NT loader list and at first I had the same symptom as you: a blank screen w/blinking cursor. So, per the valuable instructions I found on www.ourmanpann.com (Thanks, Pann!), I ran liloconfig and answered yes to the question regarding installing a boot record to the Linux partition. Having done so, I can now select Linux from the NT bootlist and all is right with the world! :-) On 8 Nov, Damir J.
