Nope, it doesn't. :-( It only reports some of the startup messages. The important ones like the output of fsck (even whether it was run at all) is not shown. BTW, I don't understand the man page of dmesg. It describes the switch "-n", which has no effect at all. Here at least. Could someone enlighten me please?
