*-"Adrian Gudas" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> | | I'm on a conservative disk space budget, and I want to know which packages I | have to get to get the base XFree86 system running (after a floppy | installation of Debian). Only the ones I have to get. I'll use the standard | SVGA server.
Well, you need quite a few: xbase xlib6g xserver-svga xfnt75 (for example - xfnt100 would also do) xserver-vga16 (I don't know if you really need this, but it contains the config program. Perhaps you can remove it after configuration?) ...and every package that these depend on. -- ...Unix, MS-DOS, and MS Windows (also known as the Good, the Bad, and the Ugly).
