I will do everything I can to speedily resolve any customer dissatisfaction and all I ask is that you give me the opportunity to do so. If I don't take care of the problem to your satisfaction, go ahead and flame me publicly. I had a series of problems due to a trusted individual turning out to be totally untrustworthy. That is history now and I do want to assure the Linux community that I am here to stay. I have invested a lot of time and money into this effort and I am far from the point of breaking even financially. Basically, I am 'sharing' the proceeds from consulting and other work with this project. I have recently managed to get to the point where I can dedicate most of my time to this and I have invested money in parts to add 3 new platforms to my network just for this purpose.
