Can't drag and drop in Netscape

Hi,

When I wanted to bookmark a page by dragging the "location" icon into
the bookmark file, it just wouldn't work. I'm using hamm, kernel 2.0.34,
KDE and Netscape 4.5bPR1. Have I missed to install anything?
