Hello again! Thanks for the support. let me more specific: I want to play with the kernel, and really understand how it works. I think that the best way to do that is to read the sunsite docs, and play with an older kernel that wasn't as complex as the new ones.
I need the oldest posible kernel, that have simply the ability to be installed in the first place without too much tech-knowledge required to start. it possibly means support for ext2, ?compatible? lilo, and most of all, a debian distribution. where can I find antique distributions?
