Go ahead an make a /usr/local/share/WindowMaker/Themes dir, and put something like "Themes" OPEN_MENU /usr/local/share/WindowMaker/Themes ~/GNUstep/Library/WindowMaker/Themes WITH setstyle you just have to modify /etc/X11/WindowMaker/appearace.menu (If the directory doesn't exists, WindowMaker complains, if the directory exists but it's empty, it's ok...
