Hi, I am using 3com 3c905tx with RedHat and although the network card seems to be "recognized" during installation, the network is unreachable...even the local network with winNT server.
For example, the response to ping 204.60.134.10 is "network unreachable" and the response to lynx http://204.60.134.10 is "Alert!: unable to connect to remote host" and "lynx: Can't access startfile http://204.60.134.10"; where 204.60.134.10 is the nt server on the lan. Please note that the reponse is similar for remote IP's. Thanks, Rich
