The only method I've used, or had to use, involves creating a boot disc
from the resc1440.bin image (using, for instance, rawrite) and taking it
from there. There is a pretty fair discussion of the install alternatives
in the docs, including a discussion of loadlin. If your machine can boot
from a floppy drive then I would try the floppy boot route first. Just my
opinion, and I'm no expert fer sure!
