Hi:

The package action flag 'T' appeared recently in aptitude w/r/t/
gcc-2.95 woody/stable release. How should I interpret this flag?

According to the /usr/share/doc/aptitude/README file, the possible
values for action flag are:

   h - hold
   p - purge
   d - delete (remove)
   B - broken
   i - install
   r - reinstall
   u - upgrade

FWIW, the state of gcc-2.95 was 'iu', and the recent 'woody/stable'
state was 'pT'. I went ahead and installed the woody/stable release,
and the gcc-2.95 state is now 'i'.
