I made a new installation on a new harddisk with Debian 2.0 Before I used Debian 1.3.1
I copied my ppp scripts from my old harddisk, and I inserted the ppp module into the kernel. If I want to fire it up now, it starts, but network connection doesn't work. After 30 seconds the other side hangs up. The last lines of the logfile look like this: Aug 16 13:24:10 tod pppd[451]: Serial connection established.
