I am having this same problem dialing into my ISP. Same modem pool and # I use for my Winx ppp connection. I was going to write about this, but had to WORK instead. Don't you hate things like that that get in way of SERIOUS computing?? TIA Bob

It's a compaq pcmia modem in an ibm thinkpad. any help would be appreciated. rick
