Burning my own CD under Windows

Hello,     I want to burn a cd with Debian 2.0 beta.  I know you can download the images and use a linux program to make a cd.  But I want to burn it under Windows.  I just need to know the directory where every thing is just like it is on the cd.                                                                         Thanks,                                                                            Curt
