I think you have to build your rescue floppy again . RAWRITE2.EXE doesn't work as well each time.
Try an other rescue floppy and be sure that your floppy disk was first dos clean formatted before you use it. When I put the RESCUE DISK in the drive and reboot my computer, the Linux initialization starts, but at the time that ROOT volume will be mounting, I got the folllowing error message: CRC ERROR: Mounting Root File System.
