        Actually, it is. Hmm. The default action is to just
 build. Thanks for catching this. 

        That explains why make-kpkg did not produce a deb file -- it
 was not asked to ;-).  So, if you call make-kpkg with no targets, it
 just builds the kernel, and does not create a .deb file.
