My mouse is currently a "Microsoft Serial Mouse with Wheel", at least according to windows. I have it plugged into the Com1 port on my computer. I'm a newbie, and I can't seem to get xwindows to recognise my mouse even if I go through all the options for Microsoft Mouse ports. It just doesn't respond. Any suggestions?
