    Yes, it is the zip package.  If you'd rather compile it, fetch the
sources at http://www.cdrom.com/pub/infozip/.  Of course, perhaps you
could have downloaded Netscape at the Debian machine or spanned the file
using the Unix cygwin32 utilities
(http://www.cygnus.com./misc/gnu-win32/) running on Windows.
