AFAIK the Zaurus is the only one that blessedly runs Linux. I believe there are ssh clients for pretty much every popular handheld operating system out there; for example, Googling for "palmos ssh client" is productive. Having an ssh *server* on the handheld is a little different, though. :-) (My personal opinion, from having played with Linux-on-iPAQ for a bit, is that having a shell on a handheld isn't so useful, and the actual PDAish tools you can get for it aren't so useful.
