Hello,
I want to split my partition on my hard drive (fat 32) with fips and I'm
having
trouble moving files from near the end of my hard drive using the defrag program
that came with windoze 95. Many of the files are marked with data that will not
be moved. How do I get these files to move and If I can't is there a utitly
that
will at least tell me what the file names are so that I can possibly delete
them.
