Hi there! I am trying to get Oracle running on my Debian Hamm box using iBCS2.2.0.33 971113-4, the main Oracle binary however makes a strange kernel call: getksym which according to Unixware is used to get kernel symbol info(kernel call 202 in unixware 2). Do you know how to go about finding the matching call in the Linux kernel or implementing this one?
Why Oracle needs to get symbol information is anyones guess. Cheers, Ben. -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble? Contact [EMAIL PROTECTED]
