I would recommend to buy a CD-ROM. But for a ftp-install, take a look at http://www.debian.org (the main debian-webserver) for a mirror near you (http://www.debian.org/ftplist.html) and download the bootdisks. For X-Windows you also need the packages xbase, an xserver and some other stuff, but if you have installed the base systemm just fire up the package tool"dselect".
