I was trying to setup debian on another computer: The serial module only detects /dev/ttyS1. I tried to get minicom to dial out on /dev/ttyS1, but it doesnt seem to initialize it, and the modem doesn't make any noise when I try to dial. Any suggestions as to where I should go from here to try and get the modem to work? Thanks, Timtohy.
