The teTeX version I have (re)installed is 0.4. LaTeX says "This is TeX, Version 3.14159 (C version 6.1)".
Posting a question about this apparent bug to comp.text.tex, someone replied saying: This bug was solved almost a year ago. (Piet van Oostrum <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>) The bug is that \noindent does not work inside a quote. This is particularly annoying for quotes that open a chapter...
