I as well did not receive my full order. I ordered a three month subscription, After I got billed, but did not receive any cds, I emailed him. He said he had sent two months disks out already, but He would send a replacement CD set out. I received one set a few days later, but that was It. Any other emails I sent were unacknowledged.
