Swap the disks. This way Win95 gets the primary disk as it likes. Debian can easily live on the secondary disk. The only problem is to configure the booting. I suggest that you copy your kernel to a FAT floppy before swapping the disks. Also copy loadlin.exe to the floppy. Now swap the disks and install win95.
