: Yes. Use an FTP site that carries unstable, and configure dpkg-ftp (through : "[A]ccess") to use the directories "dists/unstable/main", : "dists/unstable/contrib" and "dists/unstable/non-free". This is noted in Scott Ellis's libc5 ==> libc6 upgrade FAQ; it addresses many other points you will probably want to be aware of.
