There is an installer package for bo (Debian 1.3.1) called
netscape_3.01-4.deb
this will be on your CD if you have one.
It manages to install this file:
netscape-v301-export.x86-unknown-linux-elf.tar.gz
which should be available at Netscape's site
The executable produced goes into:
/usr/X11R6/bin/netscape
I've been using this without any worries for a few weeks now.
