I'm not sure it's possible without backing up the entire drive and refomatting (assuming you can find a copy of FDISK that'll do FAT16, which I don't think was included in Win95 OSR2). Why would you want to do this? If it's to access win95 partitions from linux, there's supposedly a kernel patch that can do it -- I don't have any FAT32 drives, so I've never tried to use it.
