I'm in the process of putting together a system for demo purposes and I would like to include a 10/100Base-T PCI network card that will automatically sense and switch to 10 or 100 Mbps at boot time. (Depending on the network at a client's location.)
Will cards based on the DEC 21140 chipset do this or does the speed have to be set manually in a config file somewhere? If this chipset/driver can't do it, do you know of one that can?
