i am a newbie to linux and have little experience in program scripts but if you take a look at .. http://DIPS.ml.home.org/.. you will find the home page to DIPS .. i run this program on my w95 machine and its a 32 bit program that is compatible w/ NT also .. i don't know what flexibility it has concerning linux but it my be a start.. you could possibly download a copy of the program and examine the existing script and explore the possibility..
