I read carefully the Printing HOWTO, and have installed Magicfilter according to its docs. I have an HP 4L, but there appears to be 3 versions of the 4L filter in the filters directory. One is very large, the others not. So, I need this: What is the exact name of the filter to put in /usr/local/bin for my 2 year old 4L. And would somebody kindly send me their printcap entry for this guy. Lastly, do I really need ghostscript if I am only printing ascii to this printer?
