Well, the link isn't exactly broken ... libtcl7.6.so (or whatever the exact name is) _still_exists_ in /usr/lib. Shouldn't it have been automajically removed when libtcl8.0 was installed? I changed the links by hand, and ldconfig doesn't report any errors anymore. How can xlib6g not exist yet if tk8.0 exists? Wouldn't the former have to exist for the latter to have been compiled under (and thus require) it?
