Yes, curses on them, where's my voodoo doll :-).  Unfortunately, I have no
clue what the cache-invalidate-after-A20-gate is and I don't have a
thinkpad, I was just relaying concerns I've heard before.  If someone
understands what Bruce is talking about, and has a thinkpad that can be
tested, could you try this and send some step by step notes.  Maybe we can
make a section in the installation notes describing this.
