Hello fellow Debian users. I propose that we fork the debian-user list such that there are one or two lists whose content is limited to technical questions and answers. If we had a debian-help list, we could have a rule to keep political/policy discussions off the list. This could be accomplished by giving N warnings to an individual who is misposting, followed by removal from the list. This would allow users who just want to get things done to avoid the occaisional flame war over policy, etc.
