do 
pgp -kxa (follow the prompts to make a file,  say "pubkey.asc"
copy "pubkey.asc" into ~/.plan with an appropriate line like "my public
        key"

        Then people can do finger [EMAIL PROTECTED],  finger will show .plan, 
which
includes your public key.
